Guest Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our homestay. Please review the following terms before completing your booking.
Cancellation and refunds
Guests who cancel within five days of making a booking will receive a full refund, provided the cancellation is received more than three days before the scheduled check-in time.
Guests who cancel more than five days after making a booking, but more than three days before the scheduled check-in time, will receive a refund of the amount paid, less a 5% card processing fee.
Cancellations received three days or less before the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be retained.
How to request a cancellation

No-shows and early departures
Guests who do not arrive for their booking, arrive late, or leave before their scheduled checkout date will not receive a refund for unused nights, except where required by law or agreed by us in writing.
Booking changes
Requests to change dates, shorten a stay, or change the number of guests are subject to availability and approval. Price differences may apply. A request to change a booking does not automatically cancel the original reservation or extend its cancellation deadlines.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will confirm when the refund has been submitted. The time taken for funds to appear depends on your bank, payment provider, or booking platform.
Security deposits
Any refundable security deposit will be handled separately from the accommodation cancellation charges. Deductions for damage, missing items, or other permitted charges will be explained to the guest, subject to applicable law and the booking terms.
If we cancel your booking
If we must cancel your booking or cannot provide the booked accommodation, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us for the affected booking, with no cancellation or processing fee deducted.
