Kebijakan pengembalian uang

Guests may cancel a booking by contacting us at [divistudio@hotmail.com] or whatsapp at https://wa.link/s1t2tl and providing their booking reference. Cancellation requests are effective when we receive them.

If you cancel at least [3] days before your scheduled check-in date, we will refund [full] of the booking payment. If you cancel less than [3] days before check-in, [No refund]. For a no-show or a cancellation after check-in, [1 day charge , must leave before 11 pm].

To request a change of dates, contact us at least 3 days before check-in. Changes are subject to availability and any difference in the room rate. [A change fee might apply depending on the day]

If we cancel your confirmed booking or cannot provide the accommodation booked, we will offer  a full refund or suitable alternative dates. If you have a concern during your stay, please tell us as soon as possible so we have a chance to resolve it. Refund requests for stay-related issues will be reviewed based on the circumstances.

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method where possible. Please allow [3] business days for us to process an approved refund; your payment provider may take additional time to show it.
